Apple Standard EULA

Proofy is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless a separate written agreement applies. You can review Apple's standard terms at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Proofy Basic is a one-time App Store purchase for the Apple ID used to buy it. Proofy Advanced AI is an auto-renewable monthly subscription with a 3-day trial when available. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your App Store account settings. If you cancel a subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period or trial period.

Advanced AI Suggestions

Advanced AI creates editable draft suggestions from selected proof documents. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting suggested stores, dates, totals, item names, and warranty details before saving or relying on them.
